In view of the
underground metro train station worknear Blue Star junction, changes have been
made in the traffic movement along 5th Avenue, Anna Nagar between 4th Avenue,
Shanthi Colony and Second Avenue.
The MTC bus stop has been shifted near
Saravana Bhavan hotel. Motorists coming from Shanthi Colony should take the
compulsary right turn towards Round Tana junction.
Traffic Police officials
request motorists to avoid criss-crossing at the center median gap and follow
the diversion directions. Metro Rail tunnelling work is expected to begin for
Anna Nagar underground stations and traffic movement will be changed according
to the nature of metro rail work.
