Removal Of Overhead Wires At C-Sector

Over head lines have been dispensed with and underground lines have been laid in most of the areas of Anna Nagar Western Extension, W Block. The 8th street in C sector is no exception to this practice. Underground cables have been laid in this street also. 

However the over head lines which were laid earlier have not been dismantled. Anna Nagar Western Extension Association members have made many representations to the concerned officials in this regard. The Association member’s appeals to the TNEB authorities to immediately convert the balance overhead lines so as to provide adequate street lights in the area. The matter was discussed during the General Body Meeting of Anna Nagar Western Extension Association.
