Indian Community Welfare Organisation is a non profitable, non government, social work organization working for various developmental initiatives for the Multiple marginalized and vulnerable population in specific focus with Women, children  and youth for the past 19 years in Tamil Nadu, India.As part of Corporate Social Response-CSR initiatives, ICWO in partner with Life Superior Education and Sri Palam Silks have organised training program to build the capacity of underprivileged youth in Chennai.

 The program was inaugurated by Mrs.Jayashree Ravi, Proprietor, Sri Palam Silks lighting the kuthuvilakku and the Training Module was released by Ln.Dr.R.P.Darrmalingam, Managing Director, Jubilee Plot & Housing Pvt. Ltd. Speaking on the occasion, “Mr.A.J.Hariharan, Secretary of ICWO said it is crucially important to invest in young people talents which will ensure more suitable job for the underprivileged youth.
