Heavy protest was made
on 16th November 2012 near Central Board of Secondary Education
(CBSE), Regional Office at "J" Block, 16th Main Road, Anna Nagar
West.
The protesters demanded remove of offensive remarks on Nadars from CBSE
text books.
A large police force including riot policemen were deployed in the
area. All the protesters were later taken away in police vans.
