Alpha Arts & Science College
Accredited “A” Grade by NAAC is run by Alpha Educational Society. The College
has a strength of 1600 students in 7 UG and 2 PG programs in Shift-1 & 3 UG
programs in Shift – II.
The Eco Club of the college is involving all the four
Houses in this project by providing 40 pots and the required organic fertilizer
to grow Flowering Plants and to compete among them.
The project will be
evaluated by the Experts from the Horticultural Department at the close of the
Academic year.
The Alpha Park was inaugurated by Mr.Mullaovanam, Founder &
President, TMSSAO & Tree Bank, Chennai and Mr.Sugavanam, Principal, RKV
Film & Television Institute in the campus. Principal Dr.Leela Abraham
presided over the programme and planted the saplings.
