Valliammal College for Women was instituted in
1987 by Prof. A.M.Paramasivanandam an eminent Educationist, Philanthropist and
a prolific Tamil writer. The College has application and job oriented 11 UG and
6 PG courses in Shift I and 3 UG courses in shift II to cater to the needs of
3000 women students to reach their academic goals.
The college created its
niche in the educational arena within a span of 25 years by imparting quality
higher education to the weaker sections of the society. Adding a feather to the
cap of success, Valliammal College is releasing a special Poster Cover on the
24th of September 2012 at 10.00 am at the Silver Jubilee Hall in the
college premises as part of its Silver Jubilee Celebrations.
The college wishes
to reach greater heights in the future with the support of all the parents,
staff and students.
