Sri Sankara Heart Foundation is organizing a music concert
titled Idhya Geethangal by Padma Bhushan Dr.S.P.Balasubramainyam and Padma
Shree Dr.KS.Chithra at 6pm on 30th June 2012 at Nehru Stadium to
raise funds for their project of free heart surgeries for needy people in rural
and urban areas. The orchestra will be rendered by Lakshma Sruthi Musicials.
Sri Sankara Heart Foundation was established mainly to provide treatment to
poor people who are afflicted with serious heart and other ailments.
During the
last three years many poor patients were supported. Many people affected by
heart disease or other major diseases have been supported. Underprivileged
students have been given scholarships for continuing their studies.
