The bus passengers boarding
buses at MTC Anna Nagar West terminus find it very difficult to know the
arrival and departure timings of buses as there is no proper time schedule
board or announcement made at the terminus.
Due to this people waiting at the
terminus have to guess which bus will go first. People rushing out of one bus
and running to get inside another bus is a common scene at the terminus.
At
present bus on routes 7F (Anna Nagar West to Broadway), 24A (Anna Nagar West to
V-House) and M70 (Anna Nagar to Thiruvanmiyur) is operated regularly from the
terminus.
Let the MTC officials take steps to provide the latest time schedule
information board at the terminus for the convenience of passengers and Anna
Nagar West area residents.
