Training Programme On “Preparation Of Masala Powders”


A one day training programme on 'Preparation of Masala Powders’ will be conducted by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Information and Training Centre, on Thursday, 03.05.2012. The course will cover the preparation of spicy products like sambar powder, rasam powder, garam masala, coconut powder, curry leaf powder, gingerly powder, chicken masala, chilly chicken masala, fish masala etc. 

The AGMARK Grading will be explained during the class. Lunch, training material and certificates will be issued to all the participants. Masala is a term used in South Asian cuisines to mostly describe a mixture of spices. Masalas are used extensively in Indian cuisine to add spice and flavour. For details contact
