Traffic Jam At Thirumangalam Irks Motorists

For the past few days, there has been traffic congestion from Koyambedu flyover till Thirumangalam intersection. The daily traffic congestion at Thirumangalam is putting the commuting public, particularly office-goers, to hardship. Traffic jams are witnessed every day. 

The long waiting time at the signal for traffic diversion through Shanthi Colony is also an  important reason for traffic congestion. 

Motorists going towards Mogappair, Ambattur , Villivakkam and Padi have a tough time passing the Thirumangalam intersection. Another factor which is contributing to the road congestion is the ongoing metro rail and flyover construction work.
