There is slanting
post without any lights along the 100 Feet Road center median between Koyambedu
and Thirumangalam which is posing a hindrance.
The post is in a precarious
position. It is not known how the post has been damaged. Motorists find it a
great risk to negotiate the stretch.
For several months, the slanting lamps
have remained that way and none of the agencies concerned seem to have taken
any concerted effort to remove the post and install a new post with bright
lights so as to ensure that road is well illuminated.
