A mega yoga programme for awareness on diabetics and cardio vascular diseases was organised by Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Peravallur in association with Indian Martial Arts Center.
The function was held in the school premises. Justice CT.Selvam, Chennai Mayor Sadai Duraisamy, Kuganantham, Chennai Corporation Health Officer, Zonal Chairman
M.Sundar participated in the function. Rev.Fr.Kanickai Raj, School Correspondent welcomed the gathering and presided over the function.
William Moses, Director of Indian Martial Arts spoke to the students of yoga important and health benefits. The entire programme was very informative and useful for the students.
