The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Department of Commerce of Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women had recently organized a State Level Seminar on “Nurturing Economic Development through Corporate Social Responsibility”.
The Valedictory Ceremony opened with a Welcome Address by Ms Jasseema Reehan, Assistant Professor followed by a heart rending presentation made by Ms. Selvarani, Assistant Professor of the host institution - Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women, to validate the need for humanitarian values and ethics for a happy life.
Ms. Nirmala Kurien, Regional Business Support HR Manager, Chennai and Tamilnadu Hotels, Taj Coromandel, delivered the Valedictory address. She made a very impressive and informative presentation about CSR as a core objective of the TATA group.Dr. K.P.Malathi Shiri, Principal, Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women proposed the Vote of Thanks.
