There was demonstration staged against the suspension of a Chemistry teacher at SBOA School Anna Nagar by a group of Hindu activist.
According the School authorities the teacher was suspended for indiscipline and singing religious song without proper permission.
Members of BJP and other Hindu activist staged a demonstration in front of the school premises. The Police arrested the persons staging the protest and released them in the evening. About 60 persons were held, Police sources added.
