The Thiru Nagar Residents Welfare Association had organized and conducted a grand and colourful Republic Day celebration at Villivakkam Thiru Nagar Park from 26th to 28th January 2012. The celebration which began with the hoisting of the National Flag and March Past had many fun filled sports, musical and cultural events.
There was also a medical camp held on the occasion. The programme ended with the prize distribution function by special and famous personalities.
