The 28th Annual Day Celebrations of Anna Adarsh Matriculation Higher Secondary school, (A Unit of Punjab Association) was held on 11th January 2012 at the school premises. The special guests for the occasion were Shri.J.Chandrakumar, IAS, Commissioner HR& CE (Government of Tamil Nadu) and Dr.S.Rangaswami, Vice-Chancellor, Sri Ramachandra University, Porur.
The School Principal Jayalakshmi Ramachandran presented the school annual report, which highlighted the achievements of the school in all fields.
Prizes and certificates were given to school toppers and teaching staff. The cultural programme by the students was a humble tribute to the great Rabindranath Tagore, eminent poet and Nobel laureate.
