The photograph shows an auto 'encroaching ' the MTC (Metropolitan Transport Corporation)bus stop at Lucas TVS, Wheels India-Road Junction in Padi area. Parked autos near bus stands are preventing MTC drivers from bringing their vehicles inside the bus bays.
This causes inconvenience to the passengers, especially those who are waiting at the bus stop.
Share-autos parked haphazardly along MTH Road have become a menace for people waiting for buses. In order to prevent share autos and private vehicles from parking in front of MTC, a separate bus bay has been created in almost all major bus stops in the city.
The MTC officials and Traffic Police have to make sure these vehicles do not disturb the flow of the buses. Stringent action to evolve a permanent solution is the need of the hour.
