The passengers coming to board buses from the Anna Nagar West Depot on Friday, 30th December 2011 had a horrible experience. The struggle passengers, walking through the muddy stagnant rain water, particularly the elderly and schoolchildren, getting a bus was a difficult task. This only exposes the utter lack of maintenance at the depot. The terminus gets flooded even after moderate rain. The main reason is there is no proper outlet for rainwater, and authorities should address the issue immediately.
