Villivakkam M.L.A. Visits G - Block

In response to the long pending requests  of the " Anna Nagar G block and Part of Z block Exnora" to solve many of their problems, Villivakkam Constituency M.L.A Mr.J.C.D. Prabhakar visited the area on 17.11.11 with  the Officials of the Corporation of Chennai and Metro Water and Sewage Board. The Corporation Councilor of the area Mrs.K. Bharani was also present. 

Mr.J.C.D. Prabhakar  instructed the officials to clean the open plot belonging to Metro water  which has become a debris and garbage dumping yard and causing health hazard to the residents and to take back the forest department nursery which  belongs to the Corporation. 

The area allotted originally for the public park in G- block is occupied by  Forest  Department, which runs a plant nursery  there and adding to the mosquito menace. He  requested the corporation authorities to get back the park area and create a park for the residents. The authorities also promised to remove  street garbage without delay and to lay new roads in the 2 streets of the G Block, Anna Nagar.
