The incomplete pedestrian path towards Villivakkam across the railway track on the other side Padi flyover is lying in a neglected for a long time. People continue walk across the tracks as there is not compound wall. More over it is reported that if the path gets completed, pedestrians can make use of the facility. The broken wall can be rebuilt and in a way the train movement could start operating once again to Anna Nagar Railway Station.
The opening of the Padi flyover has cleared and eased traffic congestion. Apart from the aim of reducing traffic snarls, important towards the path which was constructed for the movement of the pedestrians should be taken into consideration at the Padi Flyover. The path is uneven and needs a smooth surface. Rains make the place worse.
