Residents Want More Buses From Elango Nagar

The Elango Nagar Officer's Colony Metropolitan Transport Corporation bus terminus is a  perfect example of neglect.

The resident of Officers Colony, said the terminus has no basic facilities and no time schedule board.

The bus terminus is in dire need of improvement. The terminus  looks shabby and ugly.

Elango Nagar residents hope the authorities concerned, would take steps to  upgrade the terminus. The terminus has  plenty of space and it can accommodate more buses.

The less  bus services to the terminus is  resulting in hardship to the office-goers and area residents. The residents want more buses to be operated from Elango Nagar terminus and to  improve its connectivity with the other parts of Chennai. At present

only two bus services are regularly operated from Elango  Nagar, namely M27E  (Elango Nagar Officer Colony to Anna Square) and M70D (Elango Nagar Officer Colony to Guindy Estate).
