G.Mayuri, R.Harish, R.Aravindh and R.Sudharshan, students form the Anna Nagar Taekwondo Club, at Anna Nagar West Extension premises emerged victorious in the Central Board of Secondary Education Sports and Games held at Vivekananda Vidayalaya Junior College, Chennai from 8th to 10th October 2011.
The students won 2 Gold and 2 Bronze. The event was organized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The students are trained under the guidance of Taekwondo Exponent D.G.John Alexander, International Instructor, South Korea and Founder of Taekwondo in Anna Nagar since 1982.
