Whenever there is heavy rainfall, the road surface inside the Anna Nagar West bus depot gets waterlogged, slushy and muddy.
This is a problem going on for a long time and still no concrete measures have been taken to solve the issue.
The entrance of the terminus being low-lying level quickly gets filled up with stagnant rain water. The commuters have to wade through the dirty muddy water to get into a bus.
It is also reported that the condition of the Mogappair East and West terminus and also the Ambattur Industrial Estate terminus
gets from bad to worse during the rainy season.
Let the MTC officials take necessary steps to improve the road surface condition at the Anna Nagar, Mogappair and Ambattur Metropolitan Transport Corporation bus depots so as to put an end to the hardships faced by the general public.
