Good Safety Precautions At Padi Grade Separator

Since a number of vehicles makes use of the Padi flyover, certain safety measures were introduced to ease traffic congestion and that possibilities for accidents on the flyover.

The vehicles from Redhills travelling toward Villivakkam ply  only over the flyover. 

Vehicles from Padi proceeding toward Villivakkam and also those from Villivakkam proceeding toward Padi and Anna Nagar also go over the flyover. 

The main  purpose of constructing the flyover is to enable vehicles to avoid the railway track. Many vehicle users said the Padi flyover had reduced traffic congestion and that possibilities for accidents on the flyover had also reduced.
