A barricade has been placed in front of the median gap at the intersection of 13th Main Road and Second Avenue Road, Anna Nagar. The height of the gap is raised to prevent bikers from cross-crossing the road.

However crossing this point was not an easy affair earlier. Pedestrians had to shoulder two wheelers and cyclist to cross the road stretch.
What made matters worse was that the bikers never cared much for the pedestrians. The placing a barricade and raising the height of the gap has done away with the hassle faced by the pedestrians.
