A one day training programme on 'Soups and Salads’ will be conducted by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Information and Training Centre, on Thursday, 25.08.2011. The venue New No.P-44, Old No.37, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, (Near K-4 Police Station) Chennai-40 from 9.30am to 4.30pm.The programme is open to housewives and any interested persons.
The course will cover the preparation of “creamy of mushroom soup, tomato soup, French onion soup, clear vegetable soup, sweet corn soup, mulligatawny soup and also to demonstrate green salad, Russian salad, tossed salad, coleslaw salad and cut fruits”.
