Inter School Oratorical Competition

 Jaigopal Garodia City Level Inter School Oratorical Competition in English, Tamil and Hindi was held on 08^th July 2011 at our school premises.  Competitions were conducted under two categories – Category I  - Govt., Govt. Aided and Corporation.Category II – CBSE, Matriculation and Anglo Indian schools. The I Prize Rs. 2000/-,II Prize Rs. 1500/-III Prize Rs. 1000/. 

The Consolation Prize Rs. 500/ was given for two participants.Prizes were given separately for both categories. 18  Schools from Govt, Govt. Aided and Corporation, 28 Schools from Matriculations Board and 13 Schools from CBSE in the City participated in the event.The prize distribution function was held at 2.30pm

.The Managing Trustee Shri. Ashok Kediaji presided over the function and Trustee Shri. Somanathanji shared the Dias.Perung Kavikko  Dr.  VA. MU. Sethuraman, Poet-LaureateDr. Pradip Kumar Sharma, Director (L), Central Hindi Directorate, Govt. Of India Dr. Mallika, Asst. Professor, Dept. of English, Quaid-E-Millath Govt. College for Women were the Guests of Honour. Chief Guests in their presidential address inculcated the habit of speaking and reading books which will help for their future
