A one day training programme on 'Preparation of Bakery Products’ will be conducted by the Urban Horticulture Development Centre (UHDC) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, on Thursday, (26.05.2011). The venue is at UHDC, New No.P-44, Old No.37, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, (Near K-4 Police Station) Chennai-40 from 9.30am to 4.30pm.The course will cover the Bakery products like Biscuits, cakes, bread, bun, puff etc., Lunch, training material and certificates will be issued to all the participants.
