Stop Line Violation

The motorists ignoring the stop line is a common sight on city roads. During peak hours along the congested roads of the city, it is uncommon to see motorists jumping traffic signals or violating stop lines. The most common violation is stop line violations.

Many drivers do not obey signals and  disciplinary action has to be taken. Violating the stop line on roads may soon become costlier for motorists, says the Traffic Police. Also vehicle checks are conducted at all signal points. All signal violations could also be  deemed as dangerous driving.

Though all major automatic signals are manned by policemen, many motorists especially heavy vehicle drivers ignored signals. This led to accidents, which often turned fatal or left victims with permanent disabilities.
