Training Programmes

A one day training programmes on 'Spicy Products’ on Wednesday (06.04.2011) & ‘Roof Gardening’ on Friday (08.04.2011) will be conducted by the Urban Horticulture Development Centre (UHDC) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University at New No.P-44, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, (Near K-4 Police Station) Chennai-40 from 9.30am onwards.The course will cover the demonstrations of spicy products like sambar powder, rasam powder, coconut powder, curry leaf powder, gingelly powder, garam masala. chilly chicken masala, fish masala and chicken masala etc., 

The AGMARK Grading will be explained during the class. Roof gardening is a recent concept primarily intended for continuous supply of fresh fruits, vegetables through the year for family use. Lunch, training material and certificates will be issued to all the participants.
