Free Notebooks Distributed To Poor Children

 Surabi commenced new program “Distribution of Free Note books” to the under privileged children. Surabi is intending to distribute to a minimum of 300 children for the academic year 2011-2012. Accordingly 40 students were distributed on March 29^th 2011 with the support of Rotary club of Madras Silver Beach. Sri.Ganpat Visvanathan, President, Sri.N.P.Viswanathan, Correspondent Singaram Pillai schools, S.Hamsa-CEO Universal Engineers were present on the occasion. On 8^th April 2011 in further distribution 50 children were distributed note books on the occasion, Sri. Chandur Mattar President- Global Sindhi Forum graciously occupied the dais, patiently distributed to all the children. A total number of 90 children were distributed; further applications will be cleared in the month of June 2011. 

Each Package consists of separate note books for all subjects, graph, geometry note books, pencil, pen, sharpener, pencil box, geometry box, The deserved and needy children can register for note books at Surabi Trust, No 22/10, First Floor, Kumarasamy Nagar, Villivakkam , Chennai-49.
