Akshay Padmanabhan performed a vocal concert at the Narada Gana Sabha Mini Hall in Chennai on November 14, 2025. This event was part of the Harikesanjali Trust's 148th Jayanthi Celebration of Sri Harikesanallur Muthiah Bhagavathar. He was joined by M Vijayaganesh on the violin and B Sivaraman on the mridangam. 

Akshay showcased his beautiful voice by starting with the varnam, Maathe Malayadhwaja, and continued with joyful renditions like Siddhi Vinayakam and emotive pieces such as Himagiri Thanaye. He expertly handled the main raga, Karaharapriya, and concluded with a vibrant thillana. The concert provided a satisfying and peaceful experience for the audience.
