Sri Krishna Sweets Sri M Murali is felicitated with Pottramarai Virudu

Pottramarai celebrated its existence of 14th year at Vani Mahal on Saturday, 14 July. Pottramarai Virudu were given to Sri. Nalli Kuppusamy Chetty, Sri. Murali of Sri Krishna Sweets, Smt. Prema Nandakumar, Sri. Suki Sivam, Smt. Vani Jayaram and Sri. C V Chandra Mohan. Pottramarai is a Tamil literary association aimed at creating a love for the language and a passion to acquire higher order skills such as creative communication through the media of prose, poetry, drama etc and learn to appreciate Tamil history and culture. It was founded by Sri. Ila. Ganesan who is a Member of Parliament and also the head of Pottramarai. Speaking about Sri. M. Murali for the award Prof. Dr. Ulaganayagi Palani said Sri. M. Murali is a person with six basic leadership qualities that include confidence, focus, honesty, positivity, decisiveness and inspiration.

Having created a concept of ‘Naal Thorum Nalathu Seivom’ he is conducting programs round the year with a minimum of 30 to 40 programmes every month. In every programme he identifies a right person and felicitates them with Naloor Virudu. So good is Sri Murali Sir heart. The famous statement by Mahatma Gandhi is 'The future of India lies in its villages'. As a young Indian he has achieved this. I always consider Sri. Murali Sir has a young citizen. He started his factory at Nemam and had given employment to many women folk in their neighbouring villages. Such a great institution is Sri Krishna Sweets.
