Heritage Foods releases first TV commercial in Chennai

Chennai 26 April, 2018: Heritage, a leading player in the dairy segment handling about 14 lakh litres of milk per day released the first television commercial https://youtu.be/alOZn7cqlEU in Tamil Nadu. At the core of the company is its vision of empowering the farmer and delighting every home with fresh and healthy products. The first television commercial was made by Haapus Creative, an ode to the farmer and it seeks to establish that Heritage is “closer to the farmer”.
Heritage at its inception, was envisioned as a company which exists to solve farmer issues. In those initial days, Heritage focussed on finding a market for the farmers produce, eliminating middle men and remunerating the farmer with fair prices for his produce through a timely and transparent model. At the centre of this idea was a belief that if the farmer is prosperous, happy and self-sufficient, then his produce, the milk will be the best milk in the market.
Speaking on the development Ms. Brahmani Nara, Executive Director- Heritage Foods Limited said “It is our first television commercial on empowering the farmer, however the idea of a prosperous farmer is something which has been at the core of Heritage for the last 26 years. Today Heritage with its activities enables over 3, 50,000+ farmer families nationally with over 2,00,000+ farmers who directly a part of the Heritage Milk Trust. We believe that, when happiness and abundance flows both ways, it reflects in the quality of our milk”
The advertising communicates this grand vision to its consumers. The film is an ode to the farmer, where the farmer speaks in the first person to the consumer about a ‘circle of happiness’ which is enabled by Heritage.
