Burger Festival @ Sitcom-the Drama Diner”

In the month of September, we celebrate the fast food classic “Burgers” at Sitcom, where the bar has been raised in terms of the bun, the minced meat patty and the cheese melts. “Now is the time to roll up your sleeves and get ready to be messy with your hands”, says Chef Koushik, a.k.a The Mad Chef.
The festival which has vegetarian and non vegetarian burgers with meat varying between chicken and beef serves the finest of beefcooked to perfection. 

The festival menu is filled with delights such as the Paneer Satay Burger, Bbq Mushroom Burger, Classic Chicken Burger, The Mother Trucker Burger is the mother of all burgers, The Mother Trucker, it comes with Veg, beef or chicken. The burger is set with alternating layers of meat patty, tomato, onions and cheese melts, not once, not twice, but three times. Three layers of goodness kept in between in house made buns. It is accompanied with a large portion of fries. The Show Stopper, The Smoked Burger: The burger with all its goodness is kept enclosed in a bell jar and the jar is filled with smoke. The subtleties from the smoke gets into the meat and as you bite into it, smoky goodness mesmerises you. Don’t forget to roll up your sleeves as eating our burgers tends to get a little messy.
