Anna Nagar based Indian Community Welfare Organisation along with Orchid Chemicals had a enjoyable Womens Day Celebration at Anna Nagar West,Chennai.During the event Transgenders share their experience with corporate members. On the event A.J.Hariharan,Founder- Secretary, ICWO said It is important that corporate coming forward to understand the struggles and the challenges faced by the transgender. The most of the incidents of stigma and discrimination against transgender happen due to lack of understanding of the orientation. By sharing of experience, struggle and the way they overcome helps the general public to understand their life hardships.
