Every year during the month of October, governments, environmentalists, activists, educators organize different activities to accelerate the awareness of wildlife conservation among youngsters. Celebrating Wildlife Week also aims to educate and create awareness about wildlife among students and general public. Wild Life Week celebration is observed to awaken people towards the protection of wildlife. Keeping this in mind,325 students participated Wild life week celebrations conducted by Chennai district NGC in Monahan School. The Wild Life Week celebration made students more aware of protection of the wild life. It had also focused people’s attention towards the importance of conservation of the wild life.
