Festival Celebration

 Elders at Namadhu Illam, a Chennai Corporation homeless shelter had a fun filled Diwali celebration by lighting sparklers and colourful fireworks. The event was organised by Indian Community Development Organisation based at Anna Nagar which administrates the shelter.

Indian Community Welfare Organization is a non profit, non-governmental social work organization working for the multiple marginalized communities in specific focus with women, children and social change and developmental issues related to disease prevention and health promotion and environmental issues for the past 20 years in Tamil Nadu, India.
