Diamond Jubilee Celebration at ICF

Dr. K. Rosaiah, His Excellency the Governor of Tamil Nadu inaugurated the “Diamond Jubilee Celebrations” of Integral Coach Factory in the presence of Shri Ashok K. Agarwal, General Manager, Integral Coach Factory at at AWTI Auditorium in ICF. His Excellency the Governor of Tamil Nadu unveiled the Diamond Jubilee Logo and Slogan and also released three booklets named “Then and Now”, “Suswagatham Guide” and “Ready Reckoner on Retirement Aspects”. His Excellency the Governor also honoured two employees of ICF who rendered services during the rescue and relief operations at Moulivakkam.

His Excellency the Governor congratulated the officers and staff for the excellent work and glorious service rendered by them for the last 60 years. Shri Ashok K Agarwal, General Manager, ICF delivered the felicitation address on the occasion and enumerated the history and growth of ICF. During the course of his speech, he mentioned that ICF which was established in the year 1955 would be turning out the 50,000th coaches during the Diamond Jubilee year. He applauded the officers and staff for the excellent service being rendered by them which makes this factory a national icon for national integration and unity. Earlier, Shri K. Rajandran, Chief Personnel Officer welcomed the gathering and Shri Pankaj Kumar, Chief Mechanical Engineer proposed the vote of thanks on the occasion.
