Anna Nagar West terminus gets high level road surface

Every time when it rains Anna Nagar West terminus gets waterlogged. This has been causing inconvenience to the bus passenger’s especially senior citizens and ladies. Rain water stagnation at the entrance and exit of Anna Nagar West bus terminus will soon be a thing of the past as road renovation is in progress. A new higher road surface is presently under construction. 

Until the road work gets completed buses which used to halt inside the terminus are now stopping outside the terminus. Metropolitan Transport Corporation authorities are operating only two routes namely 7F (Anna Nagar West to Broadway) and 24A( Anna Nagar West to V.House) from the spacious Anna Nagar West depot. Introduction of new MTC bus routes towards Perambur, Poonamallee will be beneficial to the general public.
