Ambattur Women’s Wing support a Good Cause

The staff and members of Employees Provident Fund Organization (Ambattur, Women Wing) donated Rs. 12, 000 to Karuna Sagar (Hospice and Palliative Care unit, run by RMD Pain and Palliative Care Trust) on 28th July 2014.The aid was given by Nilendu Mishra (Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization) in presence of S. Rajeshwari (General Secretary, Women Wing).

Rajeshwari said that organization organize regular awareness programme for women members by eminent personalities and also visit old age, orphanage and other needy organization as part of their community welfare programmes. Dr. Republica Sridhar (Founder, RMD Pain and Palliative Care Trust, T.Nagar ) said that any small contribution for the patients under the hospice and palliative care helps to serve them better till their end of life. She also appeals to kind hearted people to spend their valuable time with her inmates on their special occasion like birthdays, wedding anniversary and get together programs to share their happiness.
