Rain battered roads need attention

The recent showers have damaged several important roads and have also caused water logging in several low lying areas. In Anna Nagar, the 100 Feet Road stretch near the upcoming flyover at Thirumangalam is in a battered and damaged condition.

Several parts of the road are filled with waterlogged pot holes. The slush and muddy road surface is making it difficult for pedestrians to walk. Also the road surface in ICF Colony has been damaged by the recent rainfall. Let the concerned authorities take necessary measures to repair the damaged spots and black top the road surface at the earliest.
