Chennai Corporation road restoration project

Chennai Corporation is presently restoring the road surface of 9th Street in Anna Nagar Western Extension. The uneven road surface at D-Sector, 9th Street will be soon blacktopped. Earlier, the stretch of D-Sector, 9th Street was lying in a battered condition. The road got waterlogged every time when it rains. 

The residents of the area found it inconvenient to use the road. Soon 9th Street will have a smooth road surface, Thanks to the Chennai Corporation restoration project. Most of the streets in Chennai city are getting a makeover. At some places the cement roads are been placed since its long lasting. Corporation of Chennai ensures to keep residential roads in good condition by carrying out periodical maintenance works. Roads in Soundarya Colony are also getting renovated.
