Speed restriction at Park Road

Speed breakers play an important role in curtailing the speed of vehicles. One of the long pending demands of Park Road residents of a speed breaker at the junction of School Road has now become a reality. The Park Road stretch in Anna Nagar Western Extension has heavy vehicle movement. 

 Mr.P.Vadivel, Secretary of Anna Nagar Western Extension Association stated that due to the continuous efforts and request by the Association members and area residents, Mr.Somasundram, Assistant Executive Engineer, Chennai Corporation,Zone7 took measures to provide a speed breaker to regulate vehicle movement and prevent over speeding near Park Road and School Road intersection which was a long pending issue.
