Chennai Metro Rail had recently observed Vigilance Awareness Week. To mark the occasion, Vigilance awareness pledge was taken by Director (Projects) Thiru.R.Ramanathan, along with CGMs, GMs, officials and staff of CMRL.In connection with the Vigilance Awareness Week, former Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Padma Bhushan Thiru N. Vittal, IAS (Retd.) delivered a lecture at the Chennai Metro Rail office on the theme of awareness on Vigilance and maintaining integrity among staff to curb corruption.
Thiru K. Rajaraman, I.A.S., Managing Director also addressed the gathering and Tmt. Vijaya Kanth, Director (Finance) gave welcome speech.Thiru N. Vittal released Vigilance Bulletin on CMRL on the occasion. As part of the Vigilance Awareness week celebrated in CMRL, a skit was performed based on ‘Corruption and Good Governance.’ Thiru T. Sivakumar, Chief Vigilance Officer proposed a vote of thanks.
