Auto Meter Checking Drive

Thirumangalam Traffic Police conducted an awareness drive to check autos at 18th Main Road in Anna Nagar West. The traffic policemen enquired about auto meters and interacted with the passengers.

This drive was done to ensure autos have working meters and are following the revised auto fare. The traffic police have also decided to use decoys to catch auto drivers who refuse to use meters.
