Padikuppam Needs Good Roads And A Wider Bridge

Padikuppam is fast turning into a posh residential locality. A lot of real estate residential development projects are in progress along Padikuppam Road. But the uneven condition of the road surface and a narrow bridge facility is posing a small disadvantage. 

 

The area also lacks good bus service. Recently the civic authorities have constructed railings with reflector lights along the small bridge which connects Padikuppam and Koyambedu. A number of motorists use the bridge. 

But it is too narrow and heavy vehicles find it difficult to pass through the bridge. A wider bridge will help in smooth and easy traffic movement and will be beneficial to the Padikuppam area residents. The roads in Padikuppam area are battered and unmotorable.

When it rains, the roads get slushy and muddy. Vehicle riders and pedestrians face lot of inconvenience due to the bad condition of the road surface. Let the concerned authorities take steps to improve roads and widen the bridge at Padikuppam area.
