Ensure Safe Driving At 17th Main Road Corner

Motorists, especially pedestrians need to be cautions while going along the 17th Main Road in Anna Nagar West. The one way 17th Main Roads stretch that connects 13th Main Road with 100 Feet Road has become the most risky intersection having unregulated traffic movement all through the day. 

More over the narrow bend witnesses constant violation of no-entry rules, especially by two wheelers and cars. Traffic Policemen have placed a row of makeshift barricades to discourage criss-crossing and violation traffic rules. 

Pedestrians risk their life while crossing at the junction of School Road, 100 Feet Road and 6th Avenue junction. Residents hope that the Thirumangalam Traffic Police Department will take better action to ensure that the 17th Main Road corner become safe zones and not high risk accident zone.
