A meeting was conducted by L-Block Civic Exnora, Anna Nagar
East, Chennai-102 on 10th March 2013 on the subject Impact on Union
Budget- An Analysis by Mr.D.Rajasekaran, IRS, Income Tax Consultant and General
Secretary Tamil Nadu Senior Citizens Association
Mr.Chellappan I.A.S.(Rtd) Managing Trustee of People’s Education
Trust was present on the occasion.
The programme was held at Dr.Ambedkar
Academy Hall, 24th Street, L-Block, Anna Nagar East. Mr.
D.Sundarajulu, President, Mrs.Shantha Diaz, Vice-President and
Mr.R.Balamurughan, Secretary of L-Block Civic Exnora along with the members and
area residents participated in the function. Mr.D.Rajasekaran, IRS, has 33
years of experience in the Income Tax field and he is also the President of
V-Block Civic Exnora. He stated that the budge was a planned one.
It is a
comfortable budget as far as the government is concerned. Mr.D.Rajasekaran
further stated the budget has several welfare measures and due attention has
been given to rural development. He also mentioned about all women’s banks and
the Industrial corridor between Chennai and Bangalore. Lastly before concluding
his speech, Mr.D.Rajasekaran informed the gathering that the Finance Minister
Mr.P.Chidambaram has done a good job and it is a welcome budget.
