The Social Work Department students of Loyal
College and Madras Christian College installed ‘Palliative care Christmas tree’
in the premises of RMD Pain and Pallaitive Care Hospital, Raghavaih Road, T.
Nagar as part of Christmas and New Year celebrations.
The students said that to
create awareness on ‘Palliative care’ treatment which is holistic care reduce
the pain of the disease. Christmas tree
adorned with awareness slogans. The decorated Christmas tree will be remaining
in the hospital till 1st January 2013.Santa clause along with TV
fame artist distributed the fruits and chocolates to Cancer and Palliative care
